Pradeep Prajapati
Founder & CEO, Wealthvisory Capital Group
Pradeep Prajapati is an Indian luxury real estate advisor, entrepreneur and wealth consultant with more than 27 years in premium real estate. He founded Wealthvisory Capital Group, a boutique advisory firm focused on ultra-luxury residential, commercial and investment deals in Delhi and internationally.
Before starting the firm he worked with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), Cushman & Wakefield and Savills India, where he built his expertise in luxury residential sales, institutional transactions, investment advisory and wealth creation through real estate.
His advisory work covers ultra-luxury residential properties, Lutyens' Delhi estates and bungalows, South Delhi independent houses and builder floors, high-value land acquisitions, wealth asset management, private funding and structured transactions, off-market and confidential deals, and family office and HNI advisory.
